Why only birthday cards?

We began providing services for birthday cards because it gives our customers the greatest benefit of our reminder/scheduling service.

We are exploring the idea of offering anniversary and other holiday cards. If you are interested in having us provide our service for these occasions, click on the contact link at the bottom of the page and let us know your thoughts and desires.

Is there an annual fee?

At this time Timely Sentiments does not charge any membership or annual fees. That's the beauty of it!

Is it expensive?

With Timely Sentiments you're getting both a great card and a great service. We price our cards competitively & you can be sure you're getting a great value.

Is there a good selection?

We strive to 'right size' our selection.

Our goal is to save you time. That includes saving you from wading through dozens of mediocre cards to find the one you want. We've scoured the market to find the best and filter out the mediocre, leaving you with a trimmed, high quality selection, that will save you time and put a smaile on anyone's face.

What is the quality like?

We offer high quality greeting cards created by artists and vendors who produce images and messages that have a broad appeal. When your loved one receives a card you buy from Timely Sentiments, the quality will accentuate the thoughtfulness.

Do I have to make a list or can I just buy a card?

Making a list is not required. But it will save you hours of time and hassle throughout the year.

An easy alternative is to shop for cards you need, and input the recipient's information each time you make a purchase - thereby building your list over time. Each time you buy a card for someone, buy them a card for next year too! It'll show up like magic, just when you need it.

What if I make a mistake on entering the birth date of a person?

Entries to your personal list can be edited by you at anytime.

Can I have the card pre-addressed and pre-posted to the intended recipient?

Yes! When assigning the card to the recipient make, jsut make sure to select the appropriate options.

Is the information I enter on the Timely Sentiments site kept private?

Timely Sentiment does not sell or give away your information, nor information you create for your list (unless we are ordered by a court of law).

What if I don't know the exact date of someone's birthday?

If you don't know a person's birth date, we suggest you select a date you believe is close to, or earlier than the actual date. That way you'll still put a smile on their face.

Could I request an earlier shipping date in the event I need to send the card overseas?

Yes, instead of putting their birth date, enter an earlier date to give yourself the lead time you need.
